Pixelizio designs, builds and operates neighbourhood lead portals for real-estate teams in Ontario. Nothing else.
Why only portals
Team websites are a crowded category, and most of them look alike because they run on the same templates and show the same listings. What most teams are missing is the leads from their own farm, which today go to HouseSigma, Zolo and realtor.ca.
So we focus on the part that produces leads: a site for one neighbourhood, property type or building, written to rank for the searches people make about it, with sold prices behind registration. Your team site comes with every plan, but the portal is the point.
Bounds
The data layer underneath every portal.
Bounds is Pixelizio’s own listing-data and compliance layer. It takes the board feed, applies the display rules for IDX and VOW data, and serves listings and sold history to every portal we run.
Because the rules live in one place, a change in board policy is made once and applies everywhere. Each portal keeps its own design, name and search focus on top.
Bounds runs on TRREB data today. Other Ontario boards are planned.
Ontario first
Built around how Ontario data works.
Ontario’s listing data comes with its own agreements and display rules, and they decide what a portal can show. We work inside them: your brokerage signs the data agreement and designates Pixelizio as its Affiliated VOW Partner, and we handle the rest.
We start in the GTA, where our live portals run, and will follow our clients’ farms across Ontario as more boards come onto Bounds.

Portals carry your team's name and domain. Every registration goes to you, and we never sell or reuse it.
Only what exists
We describe what Bounds does today. Other boards, integrations and features are named as plans until they ship.
Reported plainly
We don't guarantee rankings or lead counts. We report what each portal produces and what we're changing next.
