Neighbourhood lead portals

A portal for one farm, built to rank and to register.

A dedicated site for a single neighbourhood, property type or building, designed, built and operated by Pixelizio for your team.

What a portal includes

Everything a farm needs to be found online.

Live listings and sold history

Active listings and sold-price history for the farm, from TRREB through your brokerage's data agreement.

Community pages written to rank

Streets, schools, parks and monthly market updates, written for the searches people make about that neighbourhood.

Registration for sold data

Visitors register to see sold prices and history. Each registration reaches your team as a named lead.

Lead routing

Registrations and inquiries go to your inbox or CRM (Follow Up Boss, Lofty or kvCORE) with the street they were researching.

Why registration works

Sold prices are the reason people register.

On an IDX website you can show active listings to anyone. On a VOW (virtual office website), TRREB lets you show sold prices and listing history as well, but only to visitors who register and accept the board’s terms.

Sold prices are what homeowners and buyers most want to see about their street. The registration step is a board rule, and it is the moment an anonymous visitor becomes a named lead for your team.

Board rules change. This explains how VOW display generally works and is not legal advice; your brokerage’s data agreement governs what your portal can show.

How we work

From first call to a portal that runs every month.

  1. 1

    Free farm report

We send the searches people make about your farm, how often they happen and who ranks for them today, then talk through which plan fits.

  2. 2

    Data and strategy

Your brokerage designates Pixelizio as its Affiliated VOW Partner; we plan the portal's pages and search targets.

  3. 3

    Design and build

A bespoke portal and team site on Bounds, Pixelizio's listing-data and compliance layer.

  4. 4

    Launch

The portal goes live with registration in place. Monthly billing starts here.

  5. 5

    Operate

We publish content, keep the data compliant, and report what the portal is producing.

Questions

What teams ask first.

Do I need my own VOW agreement?
Your brokerage signs TRREB's data agreement and designates Pixelizio as its Affiliated VOW Partner. We help prepare the paperwork.
Which areas can a portal cover?
Anywhere covered by TRREB data today. Other Ontario boards are planned but not yet available.
How long until a portal ranks?
Usually three to six months for a focused neighbourhood. That is why plans have a six-month minimum.
Who owns the leads?
Your team does. Registrations and inquiries go straight to you or your CRM; Pixelizio never sells or reuses them.
Is a portal different from an IDX website?
An IDX site shows active listings to anyone. A VOW portal can also show sold prices and history, but only to visitors who register. That rule is what turns research into named leads.
