Before anything is signed, we look at the farm you want. Which searches people make about it, how often, and who answers them today. If a portal makes sense, we say which plan fits; if it doesn't, we say that too.

Agreement and data

Strategy
We map the portal page by page: the community and street-level pages, sold-price pages, and the market updates that will carry it. Each page targets a search we measured in the farm report.

Design and build
A bespoke design in your team's brand, built on Bounds, Pixelizio's listing-data and compliance layer. Board display rules are handled once in Bounds and apply to every page.

Timing
Ranking takes months. The plan is built around that.
A focused portal usually takes three to six months to rank for its farm’s searches. Registrations start as soon as it launches, but they grow as the portal climbs.
That is why plans have a 6-month minimum and then run month-to-month. Setup is billed at signing; monthly billing starts at launch.
