Privacy

How we handle your personal information.

Effective October 28, 2026.

Who we are

Pixelizio designs, builds and operates websites for real-estate teams in Ontario. This policy covers pixelizio.com and the personal information you send us through it. Questions go to our privacy contact at hello@pixelizio.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter:

  • your name and email address;
  • your team name and brokerage, if you give them;
  • the neighbourhood you’re interested in and anything else you write.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider automatically records standard server information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don’t use analytics or advertising tools, and the site doesn’t set cookies.

How we use it

We use contact-form information only to prepare the farm report you asked for, reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking. By sending the form, you consent to this use.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers, each handling information under its own terms to provide its service to us:

  • Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs.
  • Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be accessed by courts and authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what we need for the length of our work together and our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@pixelizio.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Portals we operate for clients

When someone registers on a portal Pixelizio builds and operates for a real-estate team, that information belongs to the team and its brokerage, and their privacy policy applies. We handle it only on their behalf and as they direct.

Safeguards and changes

We protect personal information with access controls and encrypted connections, and limit access to people who need it. If we change this policy, we’ll update the date below and post the new version here.
