About these terms

These terms cover your use of pixelizio.com, run by Pixelizio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions go to hello@pixelizio.com.

Prices on the site

We publish our prices so you can judge fit before talking to us. They are in Canadian dollars, plus HST, and board or data-feed fees are paid by your brokerage directly.

A published price is not a contract. The price and terms you pay are the ones in the service agreement you sign with us. We may change the prices on the pricing page at any time.

Articles and general information

Our articles and page copy explain how neighbourhood portals, search and listing-data rules generally work. They are not legal, financial, tax or brokerage advice. Board rules, RECO requirements and data agreements change, and your brokerage’s agreements govern what you can publish. Figures we quote come from the source and date named next to them.

Free farm reports

When you request a farm report, we prepare it from third-party search data and public search results. Search volumes are estimates and rankings change daily, so the report shows a point in time. It is free, carries no obligation, and is provided as is.

Our content and work

The text, design and code of this site belong to Pixelizio. You may share links to it and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy pages, articles or designs wholesale.

Screenshots of client portals appear with the client’s permission, with names and contact details blurred until they approve otherwise. The brands and leads on those portals belong to the clients, not to Pixelizio. REALTOR® and MLS® are trademarks of the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and to other companies’ sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty, limited liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Pixelizio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

How we handle personal information you send us is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we change them, we’ll update the date below and post the new version here.
