The client is a real-estate team at a major GTA brokerage. The team isn't named here, so names and contact details in every screenshot are blurred. The figures below come from the team's bungalow-search portal and are published with the team's permission.

What we built

Instead of one broad website, the team has four portals, each focused on a single farm:

  • Two neighbourhood portals, each covering one community in the western GTA, with community pages, active listings and sold history for that area.
  • A property-type portal for one kind of home across the GTA, organised by city.
  • A condo portal for condominium buyers and sellers across the GTA.

How registration works

Each portal runs as a VOW on live TRREB data. The team's brokerage holds the data agreement and designates Pixelizio as its Affiliated VOW Partner. Active listings are open to everyone; sold prices and gated listing details appear only after a visitor registers, as the board requires. That registration reaches the team as a named lead.

Results so far

Pixelizio took over the property-type portal, a bungalow search for buyers across the GTA, in January 2025, rebuilt it and connected it to Bounds. From January 1, 2025 to November 4, 2026 it logged 950 registrations, about 43 a month, and 949 of those registrants left a phone number. Each one went straight to the team as a named lead the team owns.

One system underneath

All four portals run on Bounds, Pixelizio's listing-data and compliance layer, so board display rules are handled once and apply everywhere. Each portal still has its own design, its own name and its own search focus.

What Pixelizio runs

Pixelizio operates the portals for the team: hosting, keeping the data and display rules current, and the content each portal publishes. The team owns its brands and every lead.
