Real Estate Webmasters vs myRealPage vs RealtyNinja: 2026 prices and features compared
Three Canadian website platforms, compared on what they publish: prices, TRREB coverage, sold data, agents, CRM and contract terms. Then which kind of team each one suits.
· 5 min read

Real Estate Webmasters, myRealPage and RealtyNinja are the three Canadian names most teams shortlist when they shop for a website platform. Their own sites describe them very differently, and only some of what a team needs to know is published.
This comparison sticks to what each company publishes about itself, checked on November 7, 2026, with a link for every fact. Where something isn't published, the table says so. One disclosure first: we sell a competing service, so we've kept opinions out of the comparison and put them, clearly labelled, in the section on which team each platform suits.

What a 10-agent team pays in the first year
Prices per site are easy to compare. Prices for a team are not, because each platform counts agents differently.
- myRealPage, one site (Broker Suite price not published)$840
- RealtyNinja, paid yearly (up to 100 agents)$928
- Real Estate Webmasters, Large Team (10 users)US$9,588
Each vendor's own pricing page, checked November 7, 2026. Before tax and domain. RealtyNinja lists no data fee for TRREB; myRealPage notes board fees for certain boards. Real Estate Webmasters prices in US dollars; the other two don't state a currency.
RealtyNinja's yearly plan covers up to 100 agents for $928. myRealPage's $69.99 a month is for one site; it offers a Broker Suite for teams and brokerages but doesn't publish its price, so a team should ask. Real Estate Webmasters' Large Team plan includes 10 users at US$799 a month, which is US$9,588 a year, with a CRM and calling and texting tools included that the other two don't list.
Real Estate Webmasters
Real Estate Webmasters sells a platform that combines the website with a CRM and, on team plans, a dialer and texting: 2,000 texts and 2,000 dialer minutes a month are included on the Small Team and Large Team plans. Its home page lists a Brokerage plan at "$999+" a month for up to 25 users.
Two things are worth asking before signing. First, board coverage: the site says it integrates "with boards across North America" and builds integrations for boards not yet connected, but it doesn't list TRREB or say whether sold data is available. Second, the term: the site mentions an ROI guarantee and the option to "cancel your contract", without stating a contract length. It quotes launches of "30 days or less" on the home page and "four to eight weeks" in its FAQ, depending on custom design.
myRealPage
myRealPage publishes one price, $69.99 a month plus taxes and board fees for certain boards, with no contract and no minimum number of months. Its boards page lists TRREB with board feed, IDX and VOW, and its pricing page lists VOW and "Sold Listings Data Access", marked as available in select markets. The domain isn't included.
For teams, the Broker Suite adds an agent directory, agent listings, lead routing to the right agent and "as many agents as needed", without a published price. myRealPage also publishes its own comparison with RealtyNinja, which credits both with VOW and sold data and lists marketing tools it says RealtyNinja doesn't offer, such as print templates and a landing-page builder. That page is one vendor's view of a competitor; read it as such.
RealtyNinja
RealtyNinja publishes the simplest offer: $89 a month or $928 a year, no setup fee, up to 100 agents at no extra cost, and an unlimited free trial with no credit card. You start paying when the site goes live on your domain.
Its coverage page is the most specific of the three for GTA teams. It lists TRREB as "Direct (PropTX)" with IDX and VOW and no data fee. Some smaller Ontario boards are served through CREA's DDF instead, with IDX only and a data fee of $9 a month or $108 a year. If your farm sits in one of those boards, check the coverage page before you choose.
Which kind of team each one suits
This section is our reading of the published facts above:
- RealtyNinja suits a team that wants a capable IDX and VOW site on TRREB at the lowest published team price, with every agent included, and is happy to write its own content.
- myRealPage is priced close to RealtyNinja for one site, and by its own account bundles more marketing tools. A team should get the Broker Suite price in writing before comparing.
- Real Estate Webmasters suits a team that wants its website, CRM and dialer from one company and has the budget for a US-dollar plan. Confirm TRREB coverage, sold data and the contract term before signing.
All three are platforms you run yourself: you get the tools, and your team writes the neighbourhood pages, publishes the market updates and works the leads. If you'd rather have a site built around one farm and run for you, with content published every month, that's a different kind of product. Our pricing shows what that costs, and what a team website costs in Canada compares all three approaches.
Questions to ask any platform
- Do you support TRREB, and does that include VOW with sold data?
- What do board data fees add per month for our board?
- How many agents does the price include, and what does each extra agent cost?
- What is the contract term, and what happens to our domain, pages and leads if we leave?
- Who writes neighbourhood content and market updates, and how often?
If the answer to the first question is unclear, IDX, VOW and CREA DDF explained covers what each data feed lets a site show. For how a website fits into the rest of your budget, see what each real estate marketing channel costs.
